Dubuque, IA – The Dubuque Fighting Saints have acquired a conditional 2028 Phase II 4th Round draft pick from the Fargo Force in exchange for goaltender Tomass Rutulis.

The 2027 Phase II 4th can become a 2027 Phase II 5th if certain conditions are met.

With the trade, Dubuque's preseason roster has 28 players on it ahead of the final weekend of preseason action. For the Fall Classic in Chicago next week, Dubuque's active roster needs to be cut down to 24 players.
