Dubuque Fighting Saints

Tim Dutton serves as Human Performance Consultant for the Dubuque Fighting Saints, a role he has held since joining the organization for the 2019–20 season.

Dutton specializes in human performance and physical preparation, working closely with the Fighting Saints’ hockey operations, medical and strength and conditioning staffs to improve player availability and performance.

His approach combines experience across elite sport, military performance and general populations, with a particular emphasis on reducing preventable musculoskeletal injuries and preparing players to consistently perform and develop on the ice.

Based in London, England, Dutton has worked in human performance with the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence and within high-performance sport and health environments. He also consults within USHL and NCAA Division I hockey.

Dutton’s work has become an important part of the Fighting Saints’ integrated approach to performance, recovery and player availability.
