Dubuque Fighting Saints

Jaiden Baker joined the Dubuque Fighting Saints as Head Athletic Trainer prior to the 2026–27 season.

A graduate of Franklin College and native of St. Joe, Indiana, Baker joined the Fighting Saints after previously gaining professional hockey experience with the Fort Wayne Komets of the ECHL.

In her role with Dubuque, Baker oversees the day-to-day medical care, injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of Fighting Saints players while working collaboratively with the coaching, strength and conditioning and human performance staffs.

Her role is an important part of the organization’s commitment to player health, availability and long-term development.
