Tim is an expert in Human Performance with a focus on physical preparation.
 
His methods - refined in elite sport, military and general populations - have increased player availability through reducing preventable musculoskeletal injuries by 59%. To help achieve this, Tim carefully manages off-ice training to ensure players are optimally prepared to express and develop their on-ice skills.
 
Tim currently consults in both USHL and NCAA Division I ice hockey.
