Dubuque Fighting Saints

Collin Felton serves as a scout for the Dubuque Fighting Saints with a primary focus on the New England Prep School hockey landscape and the broader East Coast region.

Felton provides the Fighting Saints with consistent coverage of one of the country’s most important areas for developing junior and college hockey prospects. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating prospective players for the USHL Draft, affiliate list, camps and future roster opportunities.

Working collaboratively with Dubuque’s hockey operations and scouting staffs, Felton helps the organization maintain strong visibility within the New England Prep leagues and throughout the East Coast.

His regional focus is an important component of the Fighting Saints’ comprehensive player identification strategy.
