2025-26: Brierley played his first USHL season for Dubuque, skating in 54 games with 3 goals and 14 points. His +28 rating ranked third in the USHL. Brierley announced his commitment to Brown University during the season.

Before Joining Saints: Brierley played in 41 games for the Janesville Jets (NAHL) in 2024-25, scoring 3 goals and 15 points. Brierley skated in two games for the Saints as an affiliate player in 2024-25. Dubuque selected Brierley 23rd Overall in the 2nd Round of the 2023 Phase I Draft.
