Dubuque Fighting Saints

2024-25: Frank skated in 51 games for the Saints, finishing 5th on the team with 40 points and 2nd with 27 assists.

2023-24: Frank skated in 59 games in his first full USHL season, scoring 9 goals and logging 15 points.

2022-23: Frank appeared in six USHL games as an affiliate call up for the Fighting Saints, four in the regular season and twice in the playoffs. He made his USHL debut on 04/11/23 against the Green Bay Gamblers. When not with the Saints, Frank competed with the Anaheim Jr. Ducks AAA program where he was one of the most prolific players in the country.

Before Joining Saints: Frank dominated the 16U AAA circuit in 2022-23 for the Anaheim Jr. Ducks racking up 126 points (57 goals, 69 assists) in 73 games. His point total was the second highest in the country and his goal and assist totals both were firmly inside the top-10 in the nation as well. From 2019-2021, Frank competed for the Los Angeles Junior Kings AAA program before splitting time in 2021-22 with the Jr. Ducks, Capistrano United Coyotes (USHS) and the Bishop Kearney Selects.
