Dubuque, IA – Fighting Saints forward Olle Därth has been named the United States Hockey League Forward of the Week after a seven-point weekend against the NTDP.
On Saturday, Därth recorded his first career multi-goal game and set a career-high with four points. Därth dominated on the power play, helping Dubuque to a four-goal power-play night by factoring on three of the four power-play goals.
"Olle was fantastic this weekend," said head coach Evan Dixon. "It was awesome to see him take control of games and prove to himself what he is capable of as a player."
Därth followed up his career night with three more assists on Sunday, including another on the power play.
Overall, the Stockholm, Sweden native has four goals and 11 points through 10 games to lead the Fighting Saints' offense.
Därth and the Fighting Saints return to the ice this weekend for a home series against the Sioux City Musketeers.
