Biography
Before Joining Saints: Påhlsson spent much of his young development playing for Rögle BK in Sweden from 2018-2021. In 2021-22, Påhlsson made the jump to playing for HV71, spending most of the season with the J20 squad, posting 19-21—40 in 45 games. His offense continued to blossom in 2022-23 where he captain HV71's J20 unit registering 26-37—63 in 46 games and appearing in a pair of games for HV71's SHL program, the top league in Sweden. His 63 points were tied for the 2nd most at the J20 level. Before the start of the 2023-24 season, Påhlsson was named to team Sweden for the Five Nations U20 Tournament.
